Groupe n°1.1
Un excellent groupe, comme les 3 qui suivent. Le groupe 5 me semble un peu en-dessous.

1- Bringer Of Pain - Bringer of Pain - Battle Beast - 2017 - un album et un titre majeur de cette année : Heavy, puissant, musical, original... tout ce que j'aime. Pour ne rien gâcher, j'y vois un petit côté "Painkiller" de Judas dans les rythmiques.
2- The Rise Of Chaos - The Rise Of Chaos - Accept - 2017 - Il manque un peu de pêche pour être le top titre mais un excellent Accept pour moi, comme je l'ai déjà dit.
3- Looking Down the Barrel of Today - The Concrete Confessional - Hatebreed - 2016 - J'avais déjà beaucoup aimé ce titre dans la compet' de l'année dernière : puissant et musical avec un chant qui reste dans la limite de ce que j'aime.


4- Headless Chicken - Rock'n'Roll Radio - Electric Guitars - 2017 - J'aime beaucoup. Longue hésitation avec Hatebreed pour la 3éme place. Je pense que mon petit bémol tiens plus au son / à la production qu'au groupe ou au titre lui-même.
5- Everyone Talking Over Everyone Else - Polar Similar - Norma Jean - 2016 - Sympa mais pas à la hauteur des autres titres. Question de style musical un peu plus éloigné de mes goûts peut-être.

Groupe n°1.2
Un autre excellent groupe. Les 5 titres me plaisent.

1- Heavy Fire - Heavy Fire - Black Star Riders - 2017 - Enorme, excellent, du bon gros Hard qui déboule des années 80 comme on en fait plus. Gros kiff
2- Intention To Deceive - Conformicide - Havok - 2017 - Pfff, qu'est-ce que c'est bon. Grosse, grosse hésitation pour la première place avec le BSR.
3- Executioner's Tax (Swing of the Axe) - Nightmare Logic - Power Trip - 2017 - Musicalement, j'adore. côté voix, un peu moins. Cependant, je pense que j'en écouterais plus, c'est très bon.

4- Fallen Brother - Gods of Violence - Kreator - 2017 - Excellent mais tempo un peu lourd et un titre manque de finesse pour être mieux classé.
5- Spellbound - Mount the Mountain - Mammoth Mammoth - 2017 - Très bon mais moins percutant que les autres titres. Ceci dit, un excellent titre qui tombe contre forte partie.

Groupe n°1.3
Des titres moins énormes que dans les 2 premiers groupes pour les premières places mais du très solide

1 - When I Wake Up Tomorrow - Bang Zoom Crazy...Hello - Cheap Trick - 2016 - un excellent titre qui avait déjà marqué l’année passée
2 - Day and Night - Don't Let Up - Night Ranger - 2017 - Bien carré et plein de fun. J'aime beaucoup
3 - Steady - Resonate - Glenn Hughes - 2016 - Ce côté "vieux Purple" me plait beaucoup

4 - Shadows - Only Ghosts - Red Fang - 2016 - J'ai pas accroché plus que ça
5 - Halo On Fire - Hardwire…To Self Distruct - Metallica - 2016 - J'aime pas ce titre

Encore un bon groupe. Ce fut très serré entre la 1ére et la place et entre la 3éme et la 4éme.

1- Shine On - The Grinding Wheel - Overkill - 2017 - Vraiment un excellent titre sur toute la longueur
2- Under Attack - Under Attack - Destruction - 2016 - J'adore
3- One For The Road - Destination Somewhere? - Massive - 2016 - j'aime beaucoup.

4- Running through the Night - Chaos Sound - The Casualties - 2016 - Très bon. J'ai hésité pour la 3éme place.
5- Fight - Busted, Broke & American - M.O.D. - 2017 - J'aime beaucoup l'énergie mais le titre rivalise pas avec les autres pour moi

Groupe n°1.5
Vraiment le plus faible de ces 5 groupes

1- Never Look Back - Monumentum - Eclipse - 2017 - Ce groupe propose toujours des titres jouissifs. Je n'ai pas encore assez écouté cet album mais il sera certainement dans mon Top 5 de l'année (du moins à mi-année c'est le cas).
Monte Carlo Nights - Hell Machine - Screamer - 2017 - Du Heavy bien rythmé et de l'humour pour ne rien gâcher. Assurément pas le titre de l'été mais c'est frais et agréable.
My little R'n'R - Wild Cat - Danko Jones - 2017 - Sympa mais pas transcendant. J'ai l'impression d'avoir déjà entendu ça par Danko.

4 - The Threat Is Real - Dystopia - Megadeth - 2016 - Je n'arrives vraiment pas à accrocher à cet album. Il y a la guitare, la voix, le rythme... mais je pense que tout cela manque de quelque chose d'incisif... peut-être la production.
5- All I Got Is You - Infinite - Deep Purple - 2017 - Vraiment trop mou pour moi. Pour moi, le titre n'a aucun intérêt.

2- Marie Laveau - Seal The deal & Let's Boogie - Volbeat - 2016 - Je ne suis pas un grand fan du groupe mais le titre est bien sympa : manque de pêche mais mélodie très prenante.
3- Preschool Cesspool - The Omniclasm  - Lich King - 2017 - Ce ne sera pas un de mes titres préférés du groupe mais il dépote bien comme il faut

4- Oh Lorraine - White Bear - The Temperance Movement - 2016 - Le titre est sympa. Il ne me fait pas craquer mais fait son effet
5- Paranoiac Personality - Paranormal - Alice Cooper - 2017 - Je n'ai jamais été un grand fan d'Alice et ça ne va pas changer avec ce titre mais ca passe bien

Groupe n°2.2

Pas un gros groupe mais super difficile de départager les 2 premiers.

1- It's All For Rock N' Roll - Brakin' Outta Hell - Airbourne - 2016 - Je ne suis pas fan de ce groupe mais ce titre passe bien (la 1ére place grâce à la vision de Lemmy peut-être )
2- Ultimate Authority - X: No Absolutes - Prong - 2016 - J'adore Prong mais on est pas à leur meilleur niveau
3- Bleed the Fifth - Crossover Ministry - Iron Reagan - 2017 - Pas aussi accrocheurs que les meilleurs titres de l'album précédent mais j'aime beaucoup.

4- Pickin' Up the Pieces - Tokyo Motor Fist - Tokyo Motor Fist - 2017 - J'aime ce style; ce sont des titres qui "ne mangent pas de pain"... C'est gzntil, ça se laisse écouter.
5- Killing Me - Released - Blackrain - 2016 - Je n'ai jamais aimé ce groupe; ce titre ne fait pas exception

Groupe 2.3

Groupe plus costaud pour moi. Les 3 premiers titres me plaisent énormément.
Encore un choix cruel pour la 1ére place.

1- Testify Or Say Goodbye - Heavy Fire - Black Star Riders - 2017 - Je n'ai pas pu le mettre ailleurs qu'en 1ére place. Trop peu de titres de ce style en ce moment et celui-ci est vraiment bon.
2- King For A Day - Bringer of Pain - Battle Beast - 2017 - J'adore ce titre et cet album (mais je pense que vous le savez...)
3- Baby - Weekend Man - Royal Republic - 2016 - Trop fun, excellent !!!

4- World gone Mad - A Place where there's no more Pain - Life Of Agony - 2017 - un titre sympa mais je n'y trouve pas totalement mon compte.
5- The Soulless - Creatures Watching Over The Dead - Charred Walls Of The Damned - 2016 - Pas mal mais j'accroche pas plus que ça

Un très bon groupe. A part le Sixx, j'adore tout.

1- I Am The Antidote - Braindead - Lost Society - 2016 - Que dire ? Exceptionnel... et pis c'est tout !
2- Heavy - Resonate - Glenn Hughes - 2016 - Un titre énorme. Le meilleur de l'album pour moi.
3- Bloodlust - Bloodlust - Body Count - 2017 - J'ai hésité pour la 3éme place avec le Municipal Waste mais ce titre m'a vraiment séduit. Je vais être obligé d'écouter l'album maintenant.

4- Amateur Sketch - Slime and Punishment - Municipal Waste - 2017 - Il envoie comme il faut ce titre. J'espère que l'album sera à la hauteur. Il nous font attendre depuis 2012 quand même. Ils ont eu le temps de travailler le bazard...
5- You Have Come to the Right Place - Prayers for the Damned Vol. 1 - Sixx:A.M. - 2016 - Je ne suis pas fan. Le titre passe bien mais j'accroche pas plus que ça

Un groupe de folie. Le meilleur depuis le début pour autant que je m'en souvienne. rien à jeter...

1- Hangover Activator - Braindead - Lost Society - 2016 - grrrrrr trop booooooonnnnn
2- When The Night Comes In - Heavy Fire - Black Star Riders - 2017 - Juste j'adore
3- Goddamn Trouble - The Grinding Wheel - Overkill - 2017 - Pleins de pépites dans ce dernier Overkill

4- Brotherhood of the Snake - Brotherhood of the Snake - Testament - 2016 - Je pourrais dire à égalité avec le Overkill
5- Make Some Noise - Make Some Noise - The Dead Daisies - 2016 - Le moins bon des 5 mais malgré tout excellent

Un groupe très moyen pour moi.

Hardwired - Hardwire…To Self Distruct - Metallica - 2016 - Le meilleur, voire le seul titre que j'aime vraiment de l'album
In Satan We Trust - In Satan We Trust - Baphomet's Blood - 2016 - Back in '83. Speed Metal rules. Un flis légitime de Venom pour sur.
Live In The Dark - Loud Hailer - Jeff Beck - 2016 - étonnamment surpris. Je connais peu Jeff Beck mais je ne me serais pas attendu à un titre de ce style. Un peu répétitif quand même.

4- No One Gets Out Alive - Rip It Up - Thunder - 2017 - La voix passe mal.
5- My Champion - The Last Hero - Alter Bridge - 2016 - Musicalement, ça me plait mais j'ai du mal avec le chant... En gros, ça m'irrite la gorge d'entendre cette voix. C'est pas rationnel, je ne sais pas expliquer. Ca me fait un drôle d'effet.

Groupe n°3.4

Mort Aux Cons - La Peste & le Choléra - Tagada Jones - 2017 - Une super claque ce titre : puissant, festif et des paroles qui valent leur pesant de cacahuètes.
Time to Go - Flotsam & Jetsam - Flotsam & Jetsam - 2016 - Le refrain me plait beaucoup, le reste est un peu plus quelconque.
I Go for the Cheap Ones - Glitter - Heavy Tiger - 2017 - Pas exceptionnel mais dans un style original que j'aime bien

4- Song And A Prayer - Make Some Noise - The Dead Daisies - 2016 - J'aime bien mais un peu mou du genoux
5- Blood - 11 short Stories of Pain & Glory - Dropkick Murphys - 2017 - Sympa mais un peu mou aussi
